Last year the Universal Service Fund commissioned its 13th Free Public WiFi hotspot in Port Antonio, Portland. Now we have set our eyes on Falmouth, Trelawny with our officers currently scoping the area to design the best connectivity solution for the historic town. The Universal Service Fund is continuing to carry out free protected Wi-Fi hotspots in common public places throughout the island in a move to promote greater Internet connectivity for Jamaicans, and we won’t stop until every parish has at least 2 free public hotspots in major towns.
